Nuum.ru is a new Russian video platform created by MTS as an analogue of the Chinese TikTok and American YouTube. The project was launched in beta on December 5, 2023 and provides users with the ability to stream, as well as publish short and long horizontal and vertical videos. The platform is based on the gaming project for streams WASD.TV, which helped attract a significant audience.

The project is aimed at a young audience aged 18 to 24, with plans to expand to the 15-35 age group. During the first six months of the platform's operation, NUUM's monthly audience amounted to more than 5,2 million unique users, of which 40 thousand were content authors. About 33-35 thousand authors are non-professional bloggers.

In order to support and monetize the content of bloggers registered as self-employed or individual entrepreneurs, the platform offers an affiliate program that allows authors to earn income from advertising in horizontal videos. On average, the author receives 55% or more of advertising revenue, while the withdrawal of funds is carried out without commission.
