Nuum.ru is a new Russian video platform created by MTS as an analogue of Chinese TikTok and American YouTube. The project was launched in beta version on December 5, 2023 and provides users with the opportunity to conduct streams, as well as publish short and long horizontal and vertical videos. The platform is based on a gamer project for streams WASD.TV, which helped to attract a significant audience.

The project is focused on a young audience aged 18 to 24 years, with plans to expand to an age group 15-35 years. In the first six months of the platform, the monthly Nuum audience amounted to more than 5.2 million unique users, of which 40 thousand were authors of content. Approximately 33-35 thousand authors are unprofessional bloggers.

In order to support and monetize the content of bloggers registered as self -employed or individual entrepreneurs, the platform offers an affiliate program that allows authors to receive advertising in horizontal rollers. On average, the author receives 55% and more advertising revenue, while the withdrawal of funds is carried out without a commission.
